Has anyone been in near contest shape (maybe 3-4 weeks out, 6-7% bf) and started a cycle with test/EQ or test/Winny or Eq/Winny and stayed lean through while putting on some decent mass. I mean, kept bodyfat low, looked pretty good throughout the entire cycle? Hear many different theories (ie. holding water, bloated, etc) so I'm very curious......

Thinking about 400mg of EQ/week and
400mg of Test400 or 500mg of sus250......what do you think?
 
Any of the combos you listed are going to make you look better on vs. off. And being lean to start will just make the effect more dramatic. This holding water stuff is mainly bull-shit. What I mean is: if you are eating the diet necessary to stay at 6-7% bf, ANY type of gear will fill you out and add muscle and make you look better. If you are eating like shit, you'll hold water on anything as well. All that being said, some gear is better for cutting than others, some will make you look harder than others, but, thats another discussion...

This is true. If you are actually getting ready for a contest and want to harden up while adding volume, try Winny/EQ/Halo. Maybe throw some Proviron in there. I've even seen some people go with anadrol precontest if the diet is strict and super clean.

P.S. Don't run the halo more than 4 weeks.
 
You will be fine, but if you were 3-4 weeks out of a comp. test/eq would not be advisable b/c it would take about three weeks to start kicking in. Winny/var/fina/liquidex would be better...
 
The key is staying at the low BF% you mentioned. At this level, virtually any AAS will add size, strength, and minimize fat accumulation. The key is to select the AAS with the minimum amount of sides and proper dosing. If I were selecting a Testosterone, I would go with either Test prop or Test Susp along with an antiestrogen as a preventative measure (nolvadex). Because of your low BF%, you will have little conversion to estrogen. Plus, these Testos are short-acting. Even Oxandrolone and Nandrolone Decanoate would work. Again, I would add Dostinex if taking DECA. Again, the key is diet and the low BF%=maximum gains, minimal sides.
 
NOT ENTERING a contest...just used the analogy.....sorry for the confusion.....also, if you run 400mg of eq and my eq is 50mg....I'm gonna be a pin cusion....how do you do it? Every other day? Thanks boyz..........
