Serious Pain....

CanadianBro

New member
Wondering if anyone has experienced this...

I just started with a new Tren product at 75mg/day (daily injections)
On the 4th day, I notice a paid in my testicles. Very similar to the pain
that comes after you get kicked in the growing. You know, the paid
that even hits your stomach.

Then on the 5th day, the pain became so extreme and unbearable that
I could not even get out of bed.

This is getting a little scary as it is now Day 6 (I stopped the Tren on
Day 5) and the pain is not going away.

I have never experienced anything like this in all my years of juicing
and am wondering if anyone else has had this experience with Tren.

If this pain does not subside, I will definitely be checking it out at the
hospital. Thanks in advance for your feedback guys.

Keep this on top for some experienced tren users...Hum, I am trying to think. Did anything else happen...When was your last cycle? and what was it?

ive always use tren for bulking or cutting and i have never had a problem.....the only thing i can think of is that you should try to get some hcg and inject it and see if the pains subside or just do the smart thing if the pain is that bad and just go to a doctor and see what is actually going on in there instead of guessing and checking...good luck bro

Yeah, don't fuck around with that type of stuff. Maybe its your prostate acting up, I can't really say...but a doctor can.

Hope you get it sorted.

Thanks guys. Karma to you all.

I have used Tren before and none of this shit ever happened.

I have also done around 8 other cycles in the past. Test,
Primo, EQ, Deca and DBol to name a few.

I have done nothing else that could have caused this.
My diet, training, lifestyle and everything else has been
consistent. The only change is the addition of the Tren
which I feel is causing this.

You are probably shutting down hard. I've done 3-4 Tren cycles and I am on one now of 100mg EOD and I have yet to experiance this problem. My previous cycles have been 75mg ED and no such sides. I would just go to the doc and have him run some tests or maybe someone who knows more info could jump in here and shed some light on your problem.

Nope, not a hernia.

The left testi is visibly swollen and about an inch higher up
than the right one. This is also the side that is causing 99%
of the pain. This cannot be a good situation. I will go an
check my doctor tomorrow. Until then I hope the pain slowly
decreases.

Thanks again for the responses guys.

I seriously doubt it has anything to do with the Tren. Sounds more like Epididymitis or possible a twisted testicle. Sometimes things just get out of place, but it is not something to take too lightly. Go to a urologist and get it checked out.

Why do you say its not a hernia?? I had an Inguinal hernia, which can tear down there, so you wouldnt neccessarily feel a lump in stomach. Good luck at the docs mate

I have no good advice for ya. The best of luck to ya bro. I hope you get better cause anything to do with ur nuts is serious buisness.

maybe this smiley face with the halo will help you.... :verygood:

as weird as this sounds your testicles might have got twisted....i know it sounds kind of funny but i have had 3 friends have this happen to them, 2 from training and 1 from football, and i heard that it hurts like a bitch

That shit must really hurt. You called your nuts growing instead of groin. Paid instead of pain, wow that shit must really hurt. You made me laugh and I love you for it.

Epididymitis? I haven't had sex for over a month. Could
it stay dormant for the past 4 weeks and then all of a
sudden take effect?

Thanks again for all the assistance.

YES :(, Epdidiymitis can take a WHILE to get noticed by the carrier...
But when it comes on, it comes on FAST AND BAD :(

The pain you are describing would fit RIGHT IN with it too :(

You have another PM...

Damn dude I hope you end up okay. When I'm on cycle every now and then I'll get a pain in my nuts exactly liek your describing. Its not really severe, but hurts none-the-less! It lasts maybe 10 secs and is gone. Doesn' happen often but it happens! I wish the best for you man! Get to the doc if you need!

Just wondering, what type of treatment is used for Epididymitis and how
long does it take to clear up? Please tell me that it doesn't take 2 weeks
for this to go away. (Don't wanna jump the gun before going to the
doctor but I gotta know)

It is treated with antibiotic course for usually 2-4 weeks...

For me it took about 3 MONTHS to clear up entirely :eek2: (that is NOT A TYPO :eek2: )

ever heard of a condomn ? try a google search if you're unfamiliar with this word... :)

I went thru this not that long ago. One testicle was quite bigger than the other and it was very noticable to the touch, and actually visible it was so swollen. I went to the doc, and he said I just simply got a bug, and it's not at all uncommon, although with todays anti-biotics you dont see this much anymore. He prescribed me anti-b's for a week or 10 days, and in the first couple of days everything was back to normal. Hope this helps and that it is nothing more serious than when I went thru it. I can relate to your pain though bro, it definately felt more serious than an infection.

It sounds like what i had 4 yrs ago and if it is its going to hurt for about 2 weeks or more. You should go to the doc thats what i did he gave some meds and like i said about two weeks later it was better. What happen to me, i was working out doing leg press and they got smashed between my legs hurt for a min but then they were fine. Two days later i was walking and this bad pain in my right one started, it was really bad. So i went to the doc and he said it was and infec from smashing it the other day. Good look bro

Wow, thanks for all the feedback. Karma to you all.

I am actually leaving to the doctors in 10 minutes.
I was bed ridden again yesterday and literally could
not get up and drive to the doctors it hurt that bad.

Today is a LITTLE better so I will attempt to get to
the doctor's office. Also, my car is a 6-speed which
cannot be too good for this situation.

I will let you guys know what it turns out to be.

Thanks once again for all the feedback and responses.

6-speed eh? what kind of car is you drivin' these days?

Got back from the doctor. They did a urinalysis and said it's not Epididymis.
That's relief. The bad news is that it seemed to be testicular torsion. The doctor
seemed quite serious about the extreme nature of this and said that surgery may
be needed which scared the SHIT out of me. But luckily, after an ultrasound revealed
it was in fact testicular torsion, the doctor manually twisted the testicle (which hurt
like a MOFO) and it actually instantly helped.

He gave me some Aleve (naproxen) to relieve the pain and told me to come back
if it flares up again.

It's now been about an hour since I left the walk in clinic and although I am
not back to 100%, it is SIGNIFICANTLY less painful and swollen. I am even
thinking of hittin' the gym this evening :).........just kidding.

Anyways, I wanted to thank you guys for all your help and I am just
glad that this shit seems to be taken care of. I always said, give me pain
in my knee or elbow. Just stay away from my balls. That shit was NASTY.

Thanks again boys. I guess it's gonna be a Happy New Year after all.

Cheers!

The doc actually made it seem that the torsion was worse than the Epididymitis.

I'm just glad it's seems to be going away. It's been killing me
since last WEEK!

The doc said that the most likely cause was weight training and
that is is not all that uncommom for men my age that are active
in the gym.

Anyways, thanks Term for the help and good luck with all the
shit that you apparently have to deal with :)

(as odd as that may seem...:eek2: )

Epididymitis WOULD HAVE lingerned on for WEEKS :(, yours sounds alot better already :)

I was gonna mention that one the other day, but i didnt wanna freak you out with the fact that if its untreated your blood supply can be cut off and ya ball dies. By the way this is Raffaz 2005 in case you hadnt guessed, just got my old name back at last :)

Does it feel like that left nut of yours kinda just went up inside of you (know what I mean?)

thanks everyone I'm now doubled over holding my nutz from reading this thread.
twisted ? , "Twisted Testicles?!?" Jesus Christ !
All I can say is, Best of Luck CanadianBro , see a doctor, God Bless
, , , arrrggggggg

I had a buddy when I was in the Army actually get his testicles tangled up with each other. They had to cut open his scrotum and manually untangle them. They thought it was from running or some sort of physical activity. Good luck

I did a little research.

Background: Testicular torsion is a urologic emergency and must be differentiated from other complaints of testicular pain because a delay in diagnosis can lead to loss of the testicle. In adolescent males, testicular torsion is the most frequent cause of testicle loss.

Pathophysiology: The typical testicle is covered by the tunica vaginalis, which attaches to the posterolateral surface of the testicle and allows for little mobility.

In patients who have an inappropriately high attachment of the tunica vaginalis (ie, bell clapper deformity), the testicle can rotate freely on the spermatic cord within the tunica vaginalis (intravaginal testicular torsion). This congenital anomaly is present in approximately 12% of males, 40% of which have the abnormality in the contralateral testicle as well. The bell clapper deformity allows the testicle to twist spontaneously on the spermatic cord, causing venous occlusion and engorgement, with subsequent arterial ischemia causing infarction of the testicle. Experimental evidence indicates that 720° torsion is required to compromise flow through the testicular artery and result in ischemia.

In the neonatal age group, the testicle frequently has not yet descended into the scrotum and becomes attached within the tunica vaginalis. Additionally, this mobility of the testicle predisposes it to torsion (extravaginal testicular torsion).

Frequency:

In the US: Incidence of torsion in males younger than 25 years is approximately 1 in 4000. Torsion more often involves the left testicle.
Mortality/Morbidity: This urologic emergency requires prompt diagnosis, immediate urologic referral, and rapid definitive treatment for salvage of the testicle.

A salvage rate of 80-100% is found in patients who present within 6 hours of pain.
After 6-8 hours, the salvage rate markedly decreases, and it is near 0% at 12 hours.
Sex: Testicular torsion affects males only.

Age: Testicular torsion most often is observed in males younger than 30 years, with most aged 12-18 years. The peak age is 14 years, although a smaller peak also occurs during the first year of life.
History:

History includes a sudden onset of severe unilateral scrotal pain.
As many as 50% of patients have a history of prior episodes of intermittent testicular pain that has resolved spontaneously (intermittent torsion and detorsion).
Onset of pain can occur more slowly, but this is an uncommon presentation of torsion.
Torsion can occur with activity, be related to trauma, or develop during sleep and includes the following:
Scrotal swelling
Nausea and vomiting (20-30%)
Abdominal pain (20-30%)
Fever (16%)
Urinary frequency (4%)
Physical:

Involved testicle painful to palpation; frequently elevated in position when compared to the other side
Horizontal lie of the testicle
Enlargement and edema of the testicle; edema involving the entire scrotum
Scrotal erythema
Ipsilateral loss of the cremasteric reflex
Usually, no relief of pain upon elevation of scrotum (elevation may improve the pain in epididymitis [Prehn sign])
Fever (uncommon)
Causes:

Congenital anomaly; bell clapper deformity
Undescended testicle
Sexual arousal and/or activity
Trauma
Exercise
Active cremasteric reflex
Cold weather
