serious hair loss question

Some are prone to hair loss but by taking proscar you can eliminate this.....but proscar take dht and cuts it down to nil. Dht is what makes ur muscle hard and tight, so what is the safe balance of taking proscar to keeping your hair to not hampering your gains?

Some say 1mg ed or 1mg eod is the way to go....who has expewrience and some knowledge on this subject? I love my hair but I love having a hard body...what is the happy medium?

Or is there a better way to go?
