Actually my diet is pretty good now, I've been bulking like mofo here lately... What I lack is the cardio but in 2 weeks that will all change and I'll input the parabolan and anavar in my cycle...

Oh and FYI... The wife is actually coming around to it too...

I am fat, but hey, I'm half Hawaiian. Fat is in my blood. I'll probably never have 6% bodyfat, but that's not my goal anyways. As long as I can keep from getting a big ol' beer belly I should be ok.

I'm in not a heavy holder either. I used to be strictly orals. Tbol and proviron once or twice a year. Now it's just test and an oral. Maybe eventually i'll try deca or something new, but there's no point in a crazy cycle since I just lift for myself and not to compete.

Test E at 500 EW and cut........after about 8 weeks hit the clen and cycle with EC.....works magic
