series question about a dvd player

we put in a movie, and now i eject and the dvd is missing. I look in and see no dvd. I put in another dvd and it plays. Is there any way it is stuck on top or fell to the back. I cant see nothing and my mom is going off saying i took it out and laid it somewhere

Seriously though, you just must have misplaced it.. the mechanism that grips the cd wouldn't be able to grab 2 @ once.. so it'd be impossible for another dvd to play........ or i could be lying.. who knows

I've had a cd player that took two cds stacked and played fine. I assume this could happen with a dvd player as well.

dvd's read from the bottom so it could be stuck up there.. it will always play the bottom one... hammers work well for this!
