semaglutide stomach issues 3 weeks into it

I’m 3 weeks into using semaglutide. I’m using .5mgs a week and increased the dose up to 1mg week 2 and 1.5mgs on week 3. I would like to know what I am doing wrong because I am dealing with a lot of side effects. Its been things like heartburn, Diarrhea, and Nausea. Please help me figure out how to cure this, I’m taking pepto bismol like nonstop lol

you have to microdose it daily i think for no issues with stomach

watch very close what you eat. that will make a difference
