I'm 30 and going to start self prescribed trt. 200mg test a week, + 0.5mg Arimidex twice a week and hcg at 500iu every monday and wednesday. Does this sound ok?

Why would want to self-medicate and potentially destroy your endo test production. Go get checked out first before you undertake this serious matter. Don't forget, once your blow out your HPTA you're going to have to shoot this shit for the rest of you life. That could be another 30-40 years or more if you end up taking good care of yourself.

That's called a cycle. Not trt. Trt would be what your doctor prescribes based on tests.

I've already shut myself down after 9 months of test. Doctors aren't helping.

I jumped on the self trt bandwagon too a year ago. And that i see now, has been one of my life's best decisions thus far. I'm 38 and a half. I don't run hcg. Just said fck it. It has been 8 months now without hcg and although shrinkage is slightly more than what it would otherwise be when on a regular cycle and not on blasts and cruises, i dont have any problems at all.

I'm writing all this down for the records. Personal experience. No ejaculation problems either. No erection problems at all.

Only, my trt dosages are a little lower. I run 150mgs ew. Currently running 1050mgs and on a blast. Another piont worth mentioning is...when i run 150mgs TE ew, it actually amounts to a 103.5 mgs of ACTUAL TEST ew into your system. And that i guess is pretty reasonable decent dosage for someone on trt...

Did your doc prescribe it? What were yor T levels before trt?

like the conflicting opinions. Your fairly young to be starting trt.
Like said above 30-40 more years of that is what you cud be looking at if you fuck the hpta.
Im suprised if your 30 with low T levels that you cant get prescribed it. Where do you live?

100-150 is a good dose per week. With Hcg at a much more restrained dose than you intend on.

I wouldnt use adex either - or at that dose. Topical fromestane will spare your insides and is legal
