that was actually a shirt I wore often at the time, it's the atari logo used by some company called "Pure Acid", they sold mixed tapes of DJ's in the rave scene, I was big time into raving back then. I still have that t-shirt BTW, it's protected by the classic t-shirt clause, I don't wear it anymore though.
