seized notice question

Anyone know how long it takes to get a notice telling you your package has been seized? One of my buddies ordered something domestically about a week and half ago from a close friend, hasn't got any info on the package at all?

last year only 2 people in ny wherw ever charged with this tipe of crime staytistics are 1 in a millon

I think the only 'for sure' seizure notification you get is from Customs for int'l seizures...I know from experience

LoL they seized some lets say quite a bit larger than personal use packages from a friend of mine too and he never got any seize notices either.I am sure the whole entire police department is enjoying his shipment for there next year of cycling at this time.
