Seem to be getting fat

I'm doing test deca dbol and after 10 days I've gained 10 pounds. I'm only eating 5000 cals a day and mostly clean but I'm getting a gut again. Was wondering if I'll lean out a little when the test kicks in?
I'm also running .5 mg liquidex ed

Should I consider cutting cals back to 4500?
 
thanks iceman. keep em coming guys. Can really use all the advise I can get. I am happy I'm gaining so fast but I know its not much muscle yet.
 
That's the same thing I took . D-bol,Test En,Deca,HGH after 1 month I dumped the D-bol and pissed like you would'nt believe for 2 or 3 days. I'm still on the Deca for 1 more week. Serge said you could take Femara if you did'nt want to stop the D-bol,it would get rid of water.

Hey, bud, Dbol rocks. And calories rock, but you said you're eating "mostly clean". What's that? I don't see getting 5000 cals of all high-quality cals very easily. If you're taking in 400g protein/day, and 400g carbs a day, which should be plenty for some pretty big gains, that's only 3200 cals. What're the other 1800cals? I certainly hope not 200g Saturated fat. ;) What kinds of carbs are you taking in? I'd venture to say, cut back on the fat, cut back on some of the carbs, and for God's sake DO SOME CARDIO! These stacks are awesome and great and all, but if you're not going any cardio, there's a good chance you're going to put on some nasty-ass pounds. Not everyone will, but a lot of us will. You need atleast 20-30mins, 3-4 days/wk.

great advise, only thing I'd like to add is Test is not going to lean you out bud...adjusting your diet will. Clean it up...add cardio and you should start feeling better. 5000 cals clean would be impossible for me. I could barely get down 4000 without being full, lathargic and adding to my waistline. Worry about getting in your Protein in not your calories. Add some healthy fat Flax, Olive Oil to up cals if needed be.
 
this has become an excellent post with many well thought out an useful info. It's not all bout cals quantity but quality. I'm all over this advise. :D
