Just what the title suggested, I started lifting seriously for the first time in my life on May 26th and stayed at it pretty consistently until November. I got side tracked and my lifting came to a screeching halt.
Anyways I've decided to push myself once again but to do so I've decided to start with light weights and just add weight every workout until I've progressed further then ever before.
I will be doing Rippetoes 3x5 program again and hope to increase past my prior lifting records in a few months or less.
Stats: 6' 5", 214lbs
Prior lifting records:
ATG Squats: 185x3, Bench: 155x5, Deadlift: 255x5, Military Press: 100x5, Bent over Barbell Row: 185x5

Workout #1 12-9-07
Nothing special today, just the first workout I've had since I'm doing a total restart, everything was pretty easy so I'm just going to focus on adding weight every workout for at least a few weeks from now.
Squats: 45x5, 95x5x3
Bench: 45x5, 95x5x3
Deadlift: 135x5x3
