SEASONED EF POSTERS: Help on This Cycle Needed

Seasoned Ef Posters: Help!

Like the kid who posted the 'comeback cycle help' thread yesterday, I junked my body following an accident two years ago; 28 BF on a 5'7 frame; 230lbs. (yeah, I know).

Back into a cardio routine and have edged back into my old kick-off training routine. Could any of you give me advice/feedback on the following cycle? Effort is to bulk up somewhat quickly while promoting some fat loss as well; it's been three years since my last cycle so I'm wondering if any seasoned guy here would reccomend anything in addition, subtraction or supplements to help the liver or kidneys. This a good combo? Too extreme/dangerous? Just right? I'm not shy about giving Karma.

Test Enathate: 500mg weekly
EQ 600 weekly
Dbol 20mg daily
Proviron 2-50mg daily
Nolvadex 0.5


NOTE: This is a 14wk cycle switching to test prop. @ week 10 with HCG 500iu at weeks 6 and 9.

you should either:

1 - Cycle to gain LBM
2 - Cycle to maintain lbm while you drop fat


...both are diet dependent, not gear dependent........dont try to do both or you will do neither

If you've been off for three years, you need to run Test by itself. You could still switch up the Enan for prop at the end but you need to do test only. After that long of a break, it is like starting all over again. Also, agreed with Shadow, you can't bulk and cut, choose one or the other. Most likely you need to diet down natural first then do a bulker.
