I think I like the D-Root. I can't tell a huge difference with it, but I keep taking it anyway. lol

Dandalion root loses it's diuretic strength if you take it for an extended period of time. The first time I took 2 grams and looked a lot leaner overnight.

Healthy though to take as a base supplement. Helps support liver primarily but also benefits the pancreas, kidneys, stomach, and spleen. Also if you have stiff joints it can help with that as well.

And to reduce blood pressure. :)

Think that's about it.
