Funny that you got inspired too. HT was planning a show in Sept but wasn't really on trying to get more size per se. So as of yesterday, she asked if'd I'd start training with her 1 month earlier than planned and she vowed to get her cals up now. Gotta get some leg size on her. So we did our first leg workout Sunday AM. She's gonna take some time to get used to traing with me again. She usually gets a few burp/pukes when training legs. This time she had four distinct trips to the bathroom to full on throw up! She's a trooper though and finished her workout. Bet she's woalking funny today!
Scorp, you have the base. Just up the cal's a bit and hit the gym with as much intensity as you can. Don't limit carbs either. Your gonna need them!
