Scammer list question

Hello everyone. This might not be the right forum for this but I didn't know where else to put it. I got scammed out of $635.00 US on an order for 90ml of EQ. Is there some place where I can post this persons address so that others don't fall victim to the same person? This person has supplied me for the past 10 months and the first time I made a big order he scammed me. He use to be a daily poster on elitefitness forum and is almost CERTAINLY still around. His former usernames on this forum are:
