m1: 4 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 1/2 cup oats
m2: 2 scoops protein, 1/2 oz walnuts
m3: 5 oz chicken, 1 cup baby spinach, 1/2 oz almonds

GYM!!! CHest and arms... had to round up a spot a couple times, but had a good workout!!! ;)

m4: 2 scoops protein, 1 tsp glutamine
m5: 4-5 oz turkey, 1 cup baby spinach, broccoli, bell pepper, mushrooms
m6: 5 egg whites, 2 tbl ANPB

Total: 1654
Fat: 59 530 33%
Sat: 9 82 5%

So are you gonna try the different approach to training? Brief, intense, enough warm ups for 1-2 sets until failure. Maybe partials, pulses and negatives tossed into the mix.

I can give you a couple sample workouts from my book if you want me to. How was the protein?

I liked it, thanks :p It made some great "pudding" last night... now ya just gotta tell me what all it was a blend of lol. Sure you can send a few samples my way :)

Don't mind it one bit ;) Actually didn't even put my jacket on just now to go in store (I hate wearing one in car so just throw it in seat) and people were looking at me like I was nuts :lmao: But home and warm now, cooking :Chef:

Awww I miss you too hun!!! Glad you are enjoying those pancakes, I had a bunch of them this weekend too because it was the only food in the house :chomp: Power butter is a type of peanut butter made with peanuts, flax seeds, egg whites, and honey and it is SOOOO GOOOOD :p

This is my thought for your training stuff that I talked about:

Session 1:
Quads
Hams
Calves
Biceps
Forearms

Session 2:
Back
Chest
Shoulders
Tris

You can do a few warm ups then hit your stuff to failure for the first couple of weeks in a range of 12-20 reps. Then at the end of your work sets, if you can safely do it, add a negative rep. Nothing fancy but effective.

Well my computer is saying 27 right now... but it felt about like 0 with the wind blowing on my hike from the school to my car just now ;)

Feels like 0 here in Philly too, but it's really in the high 20s/low 30s...very windy and probably the coldest winter day we've had so far. Brrrr, and tonight is my gym party. I wanted to wear a sleeveless shirt to show off the upper body but I think I will be wearing a big ol' sweater instead :D

Yep it was chilly today!! Gonna have to break out the UA for golf tomorrow..... :cold:

Ummm at first they were kinda iffy on the back, but notice it tougher on the glutes actually... as they are usually pretty toasty after Fridays workouts ;)

Hmmm well I heard you may be coming to town for a posing practice or two, so I'll make you some while you are here... :Chef: Deal?!?!?! Trust me one of these suckers fills ya up too... I think T and I both get the "full" face bout half way through :lmao:

Speaking of great gains I will throw in a funnnnny story that happened yesterday...
So we get up yesterday at about 6:45 a.m. (after I whined from my room about it for some time LOL) because it was after going to bed at 2:30 on Sat night but we had to get in pics, measurements, and BF. Well I had written down on a sheet of notebook paper all the measurements we were taking and stuff and left them blank to just go ahead and fill out (and I jotted that down right on top of where there were some measurements marked down from the last go round) Soooo... as T is taking them and I am writing them down I am gettin a little pissy because everything is going down :( Because I was comparing them to the measurements underneath.... so needless to say it tended to fuel my workout quite a bit (chest and arms a bit toasty) ANyways, we get home yesterday afternoon and I go to my computer to put the measurements in my spreadsheet where the rest of them are and now all of a sudden my measurements have all gone up a bit, so I just started :FRlol: :lmao: cracking up... and felt a bit dumb because originally I had been comparing them to T's measurements ;) and thats who's I had written them down above...... BUT at least it motivated my workout a bit LOL
