That's not a puppy, she looks like a minature horse :) ha ha ha those legs are long! Gonna be a linky puppy like my first doggy.. They fill out though the second year :)

A horse huh? :laugh2: Actually she is full grown, almost a year old... but I guess its a whippit? Looks like a little minitaure grey hound though :)

Jogged for about 45 minutes, not sure how far though

7:45 a.m.
-1/2 banana
-1/2 cup oatmeal
-4 egg whites

12:15 p.m.
-1 cup spinach
-4 oz chicken
-3 oz sweet potato

5:00 p.m.
PWO Shake:
-1/2 vanilla mrp pack
-1 scoop banana protein

6:30 p.m.
15 minutes on total body cross ramp (warm-up)
Quads: Smith machine squats (15 x 95 lbs) 3 sets
Hams: Lying leg curls (12 x 40 lbs) 3 sets

Quads: SIngle leg ext (12 x 30 lbs) 3 sets
Hams: Stiff leg deadlifts (12 x 75 lbs) 3 sets

Quads: One leg press (10 x 40 lbs) 3 sets
Hams: Seated leg curls (12 x 40 lbs) 3 sets

9:00 p.m.
-5 oz chicken shredded
-Pita pocket
-1 1/2 cups broccoli

11:00 p.m.
-1 scoop protein mixed thick like pudding
-1 oz almonds for topper
