***Slept in til 6:30 a.m. wooo hooo felt GREAT!!!***
7:30 a.m.
-1/3 cup oats
-3 egg whites
-1/2 banana
-1/2 scoop protein
(pancakes yummy :chomp: )

8:30 a.m.
5 min warm up on elliptical
Thighs: ONe leg Press (15 x 50) (12 x 60) 2 sets
Hams: Lying Prone Curls (15 x 50) 3 sets

Thighs: Walking lunges (length of gym w/20 lb DB) 2 x down n back
Hams: Seated single leg curls (15 x 30) (12 x 40) 2 sets

Calves: Donkey press (25 x 200 lbs) 3 sets
Calves: Seated Raises (25 x 55 lbs) 3 sets

9:15 a.m.-10:15 a.m.
Spin class woooooo hoooooo!
(HOT as hell in there again :redhot: )

10:30 a.m.
-PWO shake
-6 oz gatorade
-1 scoop whey

****Woo hoo, gettin ready for work and realized my belt is a notch tighter :D Hmmm... and my mom told me two days ago I was gaining :lmao:***

1:00 p.m.
Ate at a place called GREENZ with a friend YUM yum :p
-Spiring mix salad w/
-4 oz chicken
-4 grapes
-4 strawberries
-3 slices cantaloupe

5:00 p.m.
Smoothie
-1/2 banana
-vanilla MRP
-1 tsp cinnamon

8:00 p.m.
-4 oz chicken
-2 cups spring mix
-1/2 cup brocolli

11:30 p.m.
-5 oz low carb yogurt
-1 scoop whey
-10 almonds

TOTALS

Hey now!!! One night outta the week isn't bad :lmao: Finally got 6 hours and needed it too... I wore myself out yesterday and had a migraine all day :( You can have it back tonight... I'll share :rose:

O.k..... 6 hours really is not what I call 'sleep' I think 7.5-8 hours is real sleep.
 
Mornin', Sweet Cheeks!

All this talk about sleep......I wonder how I've gotten any the last 2 nights. My AC is on the blink. Just bought this damn condo and I'm already fixing it!!! I had them buy me a 1 year warranty on major equipment, so it's covered, but I've been sleeping in 80 degree heat and humidity. Ceiling fans are CRANKED!!!! My poor dogs......

Hope your AC is working!!!!! :twirl:
