Thank you - although i've learned a lot from these boards, I often find myself going in circles when I’m looking to improve my training. After a while we learn to take everything with a grain of salt but you’d better believe that there is several times the amount of readers as there are posters. But it only takes one bad post for one or our readers to spend months or years on a training regiment that he never knew was flawed from the beginning.

I stopped being a mod, and won't even let people give me "retired mod" status... because I felt (and feel) the position to lack any credibility at all, anywhere....which is also how I feel about VIP/Vet status.

You can tell who has any intelligence by what they write, regardless of any vet, mod, or guru status.

I think the problem is that so many people come to these types of boards knowing absolutely nothing whatsoever, so greek's about as sensible as cyrillic to them.

IT's the way of the internet. Anyone can start a board or site, and put whoever they want on it as staff. The steroid subculture exploded too quickly to keep up with the demand for good information, and now, we have so much terrible information and misinformation out there, along with terrible sites/forums, and terrible staff.

With regards newbies asking questions then yes there is a search function and its one of the best here at Elite but why why try and prevent questions being asked? If questions were not asked time and time again they would never be thought out and no one would challenge the methodology.

If that was the case then i am sure we would all still be using RU456 that if you research was the answer to everyones problems 4 years ago.

How do you determine what is a stupid question? - if we use my example of RU456 and searched the first ones would come up and say excellent essential you use. Is that right then?

Threads like this are designed to make people look stupid which in reality what it does is drive them from boards like this and make mistakes. The internet boom cause mass information flow to help others but now we want to shut it off to people that have been around for more than 2-3 years - very strange.

Sooo... We can sum off all of this by saying that BEFORE you join EF, you should be required to have read:

1. Anabolics 200X
2. Essentials of Strength Training and Conditioning
3. Anabolic Steroids in Sports and Exercise (Yesalis)
4. Rick Collins book.
5. Beyond Steroids.

90% of the threads on the first page would be eliminated or turn into intelligent discussion if these were required reading. Some people may even back up their arguments with some empirical evidence... or is that too much to ask?

Ahh, why thank you. I assume you mean your "p c t" products aren't designed to help with a steroid cycle then, and people should stick with methods that are proven to work?

But honestly, you seem to think you are the gospel in giving advice.

When you've written 3 books on steroids, and most people haven't read three...then yes, it's a much more educated view on them.

As for "proven" methods for PCT...I have bloodwork for my products, and Nelson for his, and Primordial has saliva tests for his products. They're all proven.

I suppose thats true to a point, but there is an OBVIOUS difference between someone that has done a little research, or someone that came off google and asked for juice. The fact that they had to decipher all the acronyms (which is a PITA) so newbs could see what we were talking about still bothers me.

I mean honestly, if you just read the damn stickies, you have an idea of whats going on. An uninformed person asking "best way to do injects" or "how to plan ____ cycle" is acceptable. Someone asking "wats da best juicey juice for 18yo for lean summer brad pitt body...." is pretty retarded...

they didn't expand all the acronyms for the newbs.... it's so the feds could stick you hard an fast when an if the decide to!!! no if an or buts... it's clear as day now!! it's actually for search hits.... so they can later get more an bigger sponsors, but the first pouint still applies!! but AR had a good point!! and none of us here would be anywhere without the aid of somebody else taking their time to help guide... whether it was through essays/arcticles or through answering posts!! nobody here was born with this info... and as B_light said... it's kind of our duty to repay the favor to those who took the time to help us!! yeah you can do alot of research and for every arcticle you read you can just get more an more turned around!! and then finally you just ask the base questions!! on a forum... and a good board you won't be shunned an turned away!! I understand really base stupid stuff... but I see guys here gettin roasted for relatively straight forward posts that would be somewhat easy as a newby to get turned around an lost reading through the i-net... so as AR said just don't post or stop reading but but flaming somebody for doing the right thing which is to ask somebody with more knwoledge for some guidance shouldn't get the pitchfork an torches response form the village!!
