It is definitely possible to gain muscle when in a caloric defecit on SARMS the same as it is possible when cutting with AAS. Those SARMS are muscle builders and will build muscle, even in a defecit (though results would be less than a surplus obviously).
Your results don't sound bad at all to me, and actually sound like you got a decent recomp from it. You may nit have dropped bodyfat as much as you'd gave liked, but there could be something else going on to cause that. It sounds to me like you were closer to maintenance each day than a defecit, but if you were in a big defecit ike you say, maybe you have something going on with your thyroid levels. I have a buddy that has been battling thyroid issues for a couple years now and can't lose weight even at 1k-1500 cals per day and a lot of cardio, and he weighs around 265. If you have problems cutting fat no matter what you do,maybe you should get some bloodwork done and see where your at.
