SARMS Triple Stack - results definitely NOT what I was expecting

Results look great to me man. Your body can compensate internally for the lower calories and run more efficient, totally changing your true maintenance requirements and remember you had a lot of stored energy in your fat cells as well. `
 
Those are my dream sarms results!!....but I get where your coming from, I ran GW and was sure I was gonna drop some weight (mind you I really didn't want to) but to my surprise I put on 3lbs. That was with a lot of cardio as well. I felt good though so I was pumped!
 
it just depends on what your running and how your training and diet is... gw as a standalone is going to be aimed more towards fat loss... the triple stack is going to help to drop body fat but still add lean muscle... it sounds like you did pretty damn good to me... when your trying to drop 4 and 5 % off body fat in only 8 weeks, its a lot unless you are just completely overweight.... which you were not... you got excellent results that most people would absolutely love to have...
 
Nice work...vision sides are tolerable by modifying dosing schedule...my rat had great results with a SARMs cycle earlier this year, and that was just using MK-2866 and S4 from Uniquemicals...dropped down under 10% bf...but like Dylan stated, cardio and nutrition key to any...ANY fat loss, and the ability for my rat to keep his strength up during a calorie deficit and training fasted was incredible to him...and will be running this again early next year!

It is definitely possible to gain muscle when in a caloric defecit on SARMS the same as it is possible when cutting with AAS. Those SARMS are muscle builders and will build muscle, even in a defecit (though results would be less than a surplus obviously).

Your results don't sound bad at all to me, and actually sound like you got a decent recomp from it. You may nit have dropped bodyfat as much as you'd gave liked, but there could be something else going on to cause that. It sounds to me like you were closer to maintenance each day than a defecit, but if you were in a big defecit ike you say, maybe you have something going on with your thyroid levels. I have a buddy that has been battling thyroid issues for a couple years now and can't lose weight even at 1k-1500 cals per day and a lot of cardio, and he weighs around 265. If you have problems cutting fat no matter what you do,maybe you should get some bloodwork done and see where your at. ;)

Thanks Rick - I can guarantee I was in a large deficit...granted I don't know the EXACT number for my maintence, but I counted every calorie I consumed and it was always in the 1500-2000 per day range....then significant cardio and weight training in addition to that. And in addition to that, I was following IF protocol...many days with 23 hour fasts.

I will make sure to get the blood work done.

Question - To see the values that show the Thyroid levels that you are referring to, do I have to be completely off everything? ie, is anything I noted in this cycle going to push these levels 1 way or another? in a nutshell, should I get the blood work when I'm completely clean in order to see if I have thyroid level issues?

Don't get me wrong - I'm not disappointed with the results....only surprised with the results, as they were not what I was expecting and not what my goals were.

I think I may run another similar cycle, but it will be more like Osta/GW with Albuterol/keto thrown in the mix....I don't think I'm going to be using S4 anymore....sides were definitely tolerable, however, it just isnt' worth it to me to have anything messing with my vision. I bet I had it pretty mild compared to what some of ya'll are experiencing.....but spooked me none the less, even though I was anticipating it.....it didn't seem like a big deal until I started to actually experience my eyes not working properly...that is a real eye opener, no pun intended :)

As for the 4-5% bodyfat in 8 weeks.....I mean, we are only talking about 10lbs of fat to drop from 15% to 10% considering my start weight.....meaning that would be just a hair over 1 lb per week...(assuming my crazy gorilla math is accurate) that seems attainable to me considering my large calorie deficit and crazy cardio. Again - surprised, not disappointed. Also, the knowledge gained here is priceless as I know how my body reacts to the compounds now and can adjust accordingly.

Actually, the 2 days off for me didn't really quell the sides completely. After I went cold turkey off the S4, it took about 1 week before I was back to normal....it got gradually better daily...but the 5 on 2 off wouldn't have worked in my case....I was shocked at the difference in sides on the vision jumping from 50 to 60 mg per day...seems like a small increase but damn it was a noticeable difference.

I beat Tyson many times on my old NES so I figured I was in the clear :)
