Alright bros. After doing a bit of research I've decide to give SARMs and our newest sponsor a go.

I'm still up in the air on how I will dose this. I will likely start with 50mg and work up to 100mg split into four daily doses. I haven't decided if I want to run this solo, along side needto's Epistrong, or as a part of PCT for Epistrong. Whatever I decide I know for certain I will be dieting.

It's going to be a few weeks before I actually start the SARMs, but I wanted to give a shout out to our new sponsor. I'm excited to have him on board and even more excited to try his product.

I will use this thread as a semi-log once I start the SARMs. I will update it it with my thoughts/findings

Question is , If im doing 50MG's a day How often will I dose it? And are such small doses even possible?

Also do you take it on an empty stomach or doesn't matter?

This is what I wanted to do.. but you gotta make sure you get blood test done before and after man.. You're introducing this new compound and relying on it to work for PCT...

I think it's safe to do it before the shredder stack.. and before you're first pill of Beast, get a blood test done and see if it shut you down for that 1 month... IF it didn't use it in your PCT

Done a bit of research but I have not been able to find a lot of experience data about SARMs. I suspect just too new.

What I have read: Vision sides at fairly highs doses and 1 guy who experienced some hair shedding. Too early to tell if it is permanent hairloss.

Ya Bro that's the plan... Blood or at the min a cheap free test lab (I have 2 saliva kits on hand already and plan on a full dr blood workup after pct) after the first 4weeks. I also have Nolva, Clomd on hand for PCT and vitex and p5p for when I'm taking the katanadrol.

Any one have any info on how S4 effects the liver? Sure would like to read some liver value data.

There are still some things that haven't been cleared. First of all, it seems that Ostarine is not identical with S-4. They are very similar stuffs, but not the same.

S-4 is Andarine, and Ostarine is MK-2866.

A certain person also claimed that Andarine/S-4 was discontinued because of clinical toxicity. However, I couldn't find any sources of this statement. One review says that Andarine was discontinued simply because of the development of Ostarine, which seemed to be a better SARM of a new generation.

I saw a blood test of a "researcher", who experimented with 120 mg/day, and his liver values were pretty disturbed, AST 53(reference range 0-40), ALT 103 (reference range 0-55). However, S-4 really seems to be very mild on endogenous testosterone. The total testosterone of the man listed above dropped by 50%, which is not much for such a crazy non-sensical dose. Other data suggest that when you stay around 50 mg/day, your testosterone levels shouldn't be influenced virtually at all.

I know man. I hope we have results soon and hopefully is completely safe to use, but we gotta try it first. I just prefer to be on the safe side and not experiment with myself. I read is comparable to prop in results.

If it has less side effects than testosterone, it will be great for TRT. They are already working in long esters versions of Ostarine, but need to be aware first of the long term sides, and that will take a while...at least we are on the right track.

agreed, but everyone is taking pro hormones and they haven't had ANY clinical trials...this stuff has lots of money invested in research.

Are you guys dosing all at once ED, even with it having a very short life? Or are you guys spliting your doses, even the low ones? Im thinking of doing 60mg ED split with 3 20mg doses throughout the day, for research in my rats for a recomp with thermos...So whats the word?

I've just started my third week of a four week solo run of S4. I started a keto diet just before the S4.

My thoughts so far.....

I definitely have that "On" feeling.

My libido is up. My nuts and loads are huge (TMI )

My muscles are fuller than expected considering the lack of carbs.

I will for sure be running this again. I would love to see how well it works in PCT and in a caloric surplus.
