Left hip is talkin' shit again... i think it has to do with me needing more streching especially going ATF squats 3 x week now...

Cardio and Streching time :coffee:

I did about 40 minutes of cardio between walking Incline treadmill, Level 5 stationary bike... 10 minutes Hill Intervals on Arch to finish me off

3 sets of rope crunches in there too.

Just ate a whole pizza to make it all worth while :RADAR :evil:

well mid 70's here... ZERO humidity... finally the heat wave has left. Beautiful fall day :lmao: ... in the friggin' summer :rolleyes:

Weight update:

PR: 210.0 lbs with shorts, T, sneakahs on before gym (1ish) .... lol, weight PR's :lmao: good stuff :chomp:

...just checked without the sneakers 208.5 lbs :evil:

I see and pinch Zero new fat on me :) quality weight :verygood:

Gotta find out if my gym can do a BF testing on me for reference :coffee:

My Gluteus Medius/Minimus is tiiiiiight from squatting lol :) so much for my 3 week layoff, time to get to work... :Perk: :D

lol... yah, it's neat to watch the scale go up... every new pound is somewhere I've NEVER been before ... without seeing any new fat, that's DAMN good. Water is minimal cuz i'm using AIFM still.

Just worked out... mostly BBing type routines. Not based around core lifts. Legs... never trained them consitantly.

Hence... the 5x5 I've just started :)

Wow, the sneakers and lack of your trademark Power Piss make a big difference in the weight. :p

Nice finish to your first week on the program...those "perfect" workouts leave you feeling great for days. And speaking of how you're feeling, do I owe you some karma due to sore legs from Thursday/Saturday's workouts?

Squat cadence was sick, just kept pumpin' them out. Got a little winded on the last few sets though.

Benching went well, form is on point... shoulder problems: Ziltch :) Exploded on the positive made some noise... went smoooth.

GP Rows:

156x3 (used one 1lb spring collar on the left side, lol :rolleyes: )

Rows went well... nice explosiveness on the upward... made alot of noise actually.

Fluff work per the spread sheet:

Dips:
Bodyweight 2 sets of 8
... haven't toyed with theses since before when my shoulder was a problem. Went well though, i'll add in the 3rd set next week maybe.

BB Curls:
45x8
75x8
85x6

Skullys:
35x8
55x8
75x5.5 - lol... toasted
^^ skulls all + 2lbs (OLY 1lb spring collars)

Great workout I gave it a 10... feelin' gooooooooood!!! :beer:

I'm going to stick with Tues-Thursday-Saturday workouts... i like going on the weekend to train, less damn people in my way too.
