Anyway, it's funny you say my back is shredded cause I'm not a big fan of doing back all that much....my focus has been on my biceps and legs lately.

I'm not sure what you're talking about. Can you please explain?

The non-platinum members can only see thumbnails. You can help them out by doing the following:

Click the thumbnail in your gallery, it opens a page with the full size image. Right click, properties - you will see the url of the image. Copy and paste that as an image tag in a post and you're good to go. Bingo.
