Sample Day of My 10 week diet

BIGRICH

5am
Cardio 20-30mins (3 times per week until week 5, then will
do 5 days a week)

7:30am
5 egg whites
1 whole egg
2/3 cup oatmeal

9:30am
IsoPure MRP 50g pro
1 rice cake

11:30am
8oz Chicken Breast
1/4 cup rice
2/3 veggies

1:30pm
Isopure zero card 50g protein
3 rice cakes

3:30pm
4 rice cakes w/ 1tbs of peanutbutter on each

5:30-6:30pm
workout

7:30pm
8oz Skipjack Tuna
1/4 cup rice
2/3 cup mixed veggies

9:30pm
Isopure zero carbs 50grams protein
2 slices wheat bread

10:30-11pm
bedtime

Tell me what you guys think and if I should change anything. I'm trying to get to 10% or lower BF, before I Start my next cycle. Currently at 13.7%bf I want to this in about 10 weeks.
 
Looks good bro, keep up the good work....only thing I would question is the 2 slices of wheat bread at the end of the day. I think the 50 grams of protein from the Isopure MRP would be perfect pre-bed. Plus if I remember correctly, Isopure already has about 25 carbs in one of there MRP's. But if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

i would also up the duration of cardio as you go along, but since you only want to drop a small amount of fat in a relatively good time period, i dont think you should have much trouble. But remember, you still need a calorie deficit and insulin levels in check to lose body fat. Have those two things present and you should be successful in achieving what you are shooting for.
