Thank you to all of those (EXCEPT Mr. "Un Charming" Puddle Monkey) who took the time to say something nice & positive on this thread, LOL!
And I have spoken to Southern Lord a few times when I first joined. He helped me out a lot on pm's with nutrition, supplements & weights/ machine info & then we ended up talking on the phone. He has really helped me a lot & is more of a gentleman then many of the guys here. Some of the guys could learn a thing or 2 from him.
I refuse to insult anyone or be very disrespectful though on this site, That is not the way I roll. I like to put positive energy out there & nothing less. That was my cheesy line for the evening. You can tell I went to church today & am having a Catholic moment here. I shall turn the other cheek, ha ha!

Perhaps I should have been clearer....I never really got the alter hazing stuff. The few who thought I was an alter still thought I was an alter of another female.
