Nice box squats! 405x2 is pretty strong!!!! 1 quick question: I have seen a couple ways of doing 1 armed deadlifts, do you do them like this:

Or in between your legs? God just watching a video of a guy deadlifting more with one arm than I do with both pisses me off:(

Yeah that's the way i do them like the guy in the video except i don't put my end on the knee. I won't be using straps for now, my grip really sucks though. Those deads look good but just because he does them with one arm it doesn't means he is able to lift more than 700lbs the conventional way. Don't be frustrated i'm sure he worked very hard to be able to do those, you still have a long road ahead, not only strength wise, but also techique wise, plus your body and bones are still tender so be patient. :)

just wondering but how come you never do some good old fashioned heavy flat BB bench? You train as if your training for strongman, is that a future goal? to compete in strongman?

SaiBoT: i see u went back to the ideas from the "Ultimate Training Split" thread for your bench again, how do you find it? In the future I may try it for my squat or even military press depending which is lagging most...
 
Yeah i said it, but sometimes i don't mind shutting somebody's big mouth, I'm never the challenger though...

Haven't been able to workout, getting more and more customers, my partner is on vacations, so i have to teach is trainees to, i'm getting and out of time for myself, maybe in 2 weeks i can resume normal practice. For now i'll just do the bench thing. Oh and my left shoulder it's kinda fucked up since last week, probably because i've been fucking around with pushups.
