Hi, all newbie here. Been reading for awhile before I decided to join and found this site to be very informative. What's the safest and cheapest gear available for a person who is only looking for modest gains in strength.
 
Oxandrolone(not the cheapest,but quite safe and VERY effective for increasing strength).30 mgs/day for 8 weeks would work quite well for your goals.

Equipoise-400-600mgs/week for 10 weeks.Not dramatic,but modest gains in strength/size,and very little to no sides.
 
thanks for the prompt info, I've been working out since I was 16 and never taken any gear. I seemed to have hit a plateau in my natural abilites in strenghth and size. I'm trying to increase in lean mass without all the fat that often accompany's excessive calories.I'm currently 200 pound's at 5'9" and would like to stay this weight but increase in strength.Any help would be appreciated.:)
 
Both the above will accomplish those goals.Neither will add dramatic amounts of weight,but both will give you a favorable shift in overall body composition coupled with a nice(equipose)or terrific(oxandrolone)gain in strength.
 
What's the best way to acquire a source down here in the south or abroad. The internet is slam full sites but most are obviously illegitimate. Not looking for anything bulk in size just small cycle to test the waters.:)
 
Hey bro! First off I just wanted to say welcome aboard. The best way to acquire a legit source that is backed by many good bro's is to stick around for a while, make some posts.....and gain the trust of some of the brotherhood. As much as a lot of us would love to help out asap, we've got to make sure that we are pretty darn trust worthy to protect a legit source before we go refrencing out. Hope you understand bro.
