Sadd:(

remember to eat big in PCT, and train like crazy! if you do things right, you shouldn't lose too much strength...

what's your PCT look like?

^^^ Good point, alot of guys eat less after cycle, THIS IS WRONG....

And yea, what's your PCT?

prepare to lose some strength. unless you were benching 100 before and went to 150 or something like that. if you reached a new plateau then its normal to pullback some after cycle. you are losing that anabolic and androgenic environment

your goal is to keep most of your gains, just don't expect to keep it all or you will be dissapointed

also you shouldn't be sad coming off cycle, I enjoy bridging and not having to deal with injections, sides, etc and giving your body a break. its a fun challenge. you should spend your off cycles improving your workouts and diet further and continue to gain knowledge

my opinion is who cares what the scale says.

put up some before and after pics and we will tell you if you've progressed.

your goal should be improving yourself in the mirror if you are a bodybuilder, and if you are a PLer getting stronger.

what are your stats when you started compared to now. where are your lifts at?

also its normal to feel the way you do during your first cycle.

you probably cannot wait for your 2nd cycle. but you need to exercise patience, don't be one of those guys that cycles off for a week then jumps back on. cycle off correctly and recover. protect your HPTA

Idk how to put pics . But bench went from 225 to 315 squat went from 275 to 365 . I'm surprised I didnt gain much water weight idk if it was the forma or what .. But I actually have gotten more defined

Run some NTBM bridge bet cycles this will help keep gains and get you ready for the next one ,and keep the calories going.

Bench from 225 to 315 in one cycle? Is this real life? Nice gains though. :D

Whenever i come off i have four weeks of light training not pushing to hard, my body starts producing test again then i amp it up, i use to find it very disapointing trying to push out heavy weights and not being capable, now doing it this way i dont notice much difference

its called being well below your genetic potential and deciding to juice to cut a corner. thousands of young guys do it everyday.

no one should ever make those types of gains in such a short time, but if you go from barely ever working out to working out religiously and juicing you can see those gains. now when those guys come off cycle and watch their strength slowly drop they end up giving up on the gym, happens all the time

quick gains like that are impossible to keep. its slow consistent gains that are what are keepable

I agree with this somewhat. I usually keep it light for 2 weeks then I begin to ramp it up slowly. In pct your body is not capable of the strength you had on cycle and if you try to push your weak body to that level its easy to get injured. By week 3 im usually bouncing back and my performance comes back to off cycle levels and I begin to push the weight back up. Just keep eating and allow more time for recovery between training. You should have retained most of your newly acquired strength and size, but your performance wont be super human anymore and you have to know your limits. I learned the hard way my first cycle. I was benching like I was still on cycle and my rotator cuff fought back. It took 3 months to recover from that. So be smart train hard but don't be stupid.

About to finish my first cycle and I don't want to lose my strength .. I love it ..

Follow a solid PCT. Keep eating and training hard after your cycle,,just like you were still ON.
This is a perfect time to add proven effective supplements like creatine, beta alanine,n02, etc...

PCT is what is most important here. With a good PCT like a Post Cycle/Unleashed combo and using a product like bridge after PCT then you should maintain gains in strength and size. However, you have to eat and train with the same intensity.

Of course. :D Still it shocked me. I remember my cycles going like "Dear diary, at the start of my cycle I was able to bench 405 for a single... but today in week 10 I managed 415 for a triple... success!"
