S1 - Triple Stack Starting Tomorrow

matter2003

Banned
Can't wait, although I am a little nervous about running S4 with the vision issues many have reported, but I'm gonna run it anyways...

Running it exactly as prescribed by Dylan, just finished my 4 week Ostarine bridge and just got my adjustment at my chiro, and he told me my muscles are extremely "tight", and that I need to start doing stretching every day to keep them loose. I have been and I have been feeling much better...

Was a little longer than usual since I was at the chiro, I try and go every 6 months but it was about 9 months or so this time...my pelvis was severely tilted up on one side(I get this a lot unfortunately) which was causing some issues, especially on my opposite side lower back when I did deadlifts or squats, the muscle would tighten up to the point I had to stop and then I could barely sit down in the car to drive home. My right leg was almost 2 inches shorter than my left when I got to him, he cracked it back in place and I have been doing hamstring, priaformis and hip flexor stretching to help loosen up the muscles and keep them in place properly...

He also told me I will likely get better results if I prevent myself my being so tight since the muscles are not able to go through the proper range of motion and that prevents optimal size and strength gains...

can't wait to go to the gym tomorrow and see how my body reacts...

Re: Triple Stack Starting Tomorrow

I'm in for the ride. I've had awesome success with the triple stack

Matter, id suggest investing in a pvc pipe or sort of foam roller for tightness. Im the same way but i roll the shit out of everything and its made a huge difference in all qualities of life. I suggest the pvc pipe because its the hardest piece and mad cheap I got mine at home depot for like 8$

This is very good advice I do the same

Re: Triple Stack Starting Tomorrow

The sarms1 triple stack is money dogg. You will love it. S4 sides arent bad at all. I got my dosing up to 80mg daily with no issues

They got those at my gym, I will have to check it out

Re: Triple Stack Starting Tomorrow

Cool...

Any vision issues with the S4 yet?

frankly speaking...I don't know what's this vision issue is... I don't feel any difference for now...
don't seem to have any yellow or dark vision....but I will try to monitor..

Best advice I have ever gotten for this issue...
did squats yesterday and had the same problems like normal even with all the stretching, etc...

Today, warmed up and did some foam rolling on my lower back, which turned out to be a great ab workout due to the core stabilization I had to use while rolling around, and then worked out which included Deadlifts for the first time in about a month and I cracked out 4 sets of 8 at 275 lbs with no tightness at all...previously I was doing 245 lbs and got tight really bad by my 3rd set...just to make sure, I re-rolled for a few minutes after finishing and then drove home with no issues...

Didn't lift anything really heavy(1 RM is 465 lbs), but it was a good light-medium weight to start back up with and test where I was at, and passed with flying colors....will make sure I do this rolling every time from now on...before and after...

Thanks again...great advice...

Re: Triple Stack Starting Tomorrow

following bro.. the triple stack has worked wonders for many people! you follow the proper diet and training, you will be very happy with your results

Re: Triple Stack Starting Tomorrow

Been noticing that I'm not really hungry at all since starting on this...can literally almost "feel" fat dropping, especially around my waist area...

Sounds weird, but I feel when I'm gaining fat around my waist and when I'm losing it because it feels different...hard to explain, but its definitely the losing feeling...

Almost forcing myself to eat at times...

I think I get what you meant.
I just noticed yesterday that at night, the room seems darker and at times, it's like all black.
and when you are going from dark to bright, eyes take a while to adjust but overall not too bad.
darker at night means easier to sleep... :)
havent had the yellow vision which I read about....

Re: Triple Stack Starting Tomorrow

Weighed in at 199.4 lbs this morning, down about 4 lbs since I started already...getting ready to do squats/hams/shoulders/calves today and see how my back feels after doing some foam rolling

Re: Triple Stack Starting Tomorrow

Cranked off 4 sets of 8 squats, heavy, no issues...foam rolled before and after...supsetted with ham curls, then did shoulder presses supersetted with bench stepups to keep heart rate elevated...

Lol, me too...I call it "Alien vs. Predator" day when I do squats cause my quads look like they are gonna bust through my pant legs, haha

Re: Triple Stack Starting Tomorrow

Feeling like crap today due to sickness, skipping workout, hopefully feeling better by Sunday, my next workout day

Very well so far...no sides from S-4 as of yet, weight is hanging around 200 lbs but I am noticing my abs starting to come back in again, which is very exciting since I thought I'd need to get down to the mid 190s before I saw them again...

Getting ready to kick in hard with my training and really start pushing hard...shoulder getting better, am able to do some exercises now with minimal issues, DMSO roll on helping out tremendously...

All in all very very happy with how quick things seem to be coming together...

OK, feeling much better other than a constant stuffy nose, but all other symptoms are pretty much gone...

Weighed in at 198.0 lbs this morning, lightest I have been in a while and the fat just seems to be melting away almost every day I look in the mirror...and this is without really pushing myself in the gym yet...

Today I did what I was supposed to have done Thursday, which was a slightly heavier circuit type cycle to test out my shoulder followed by deadlifts...

5 minute elliptical warmup followed by lower back foam rolling, 3 times for a minute or so each time...

Circuit(4 sets of each): One minute rest between circuits

Wide Dips(BW x 8)---made sure I went down as far as I could to get a good stretch in there

Gironda Drag Curls(80lb Barbell x 8)--love drag curls, make my biceps feel like they are going to explode

Seated Machine Tri Extensions(140 x 8, 155 x 8, 170 x 8 x 8)--probably one of my favorite machines, love the stretching feeling I get in my triceps and cannot do skullcrushers because my left elbow gets really wonky on me---I know its not a perfect substitute, but they work well for me--prefer Close grip bench, but not ready to test my shoulder with pushing movements yet

Bench Jump Ups(fast paced---12 reps each leg): do this to keep heart rate up at all times and help shred fat---surprisingly tough, thought these were BS, but after adding them in and checking my heart rate at the end of 4 circuits, its near 170 many times...my buddy who is a trainer was like "Told you so" when I talked to him about them, lol

Barbell Deadlifts: 315 lbs(6 reps x 4) --1 minute rest between sets---Nothing too major here, just testing to see where I am at with a slight increase over last time(40 lbs). Easily completed all reps, probably could have done another 6 -8 reps without issue, but this isn't what I am trying to accomplish right now...I'm thinking long term versus short term. Need to make sure I keep everything in alignment and loosened up while increasing weight slowly to monitor any signs of problems where I need to back off. Does me little good if I crank out 5 sets of 12 reps each and then can't DL again for 3 months cause I jacked up my back by going to fast too soon...

Foam rolled again afterwards and have little to no lower back problems...some very very slight discomfort, but barely noticeable, certainly not the type of discomfort where I could barely sit still in the car on the ride home before because it was so tight I was literally squirming all over the place to try and get it loose...

Tomorrow is my favorite day, squats, hams, calves and shoulders..going to be going really heavy on squats, as was cranking them out last time...

Forgot to mention that I have been getting more and more "libido" on this as well...LGD seemingly killed it, but this is sending it pretty high...poor wife is going to be in for trouble I think, lol

Haha I hear that. I actually prefer my libido to be lower anymore. High libido just drives me crazy, and my girlfriends lol.

OK, today I am starting to notice what I believe are the vision sides from S-4...
Mainly am noticing that when I look at things that are normally white, like my cell phone backgrounds, this forum background, car lights and street lights, they look like they are tinged yellowish white...kinda like if you see snow that has been peed on and then mixed with other snow---I know tha might be a crazy example, but with all the snow we have gotten so far this winter(I live near Buffalo, NY), its the first thing that came to mind, lol...I also noticed that the glare from these lights is very bright and makes me squint even if its just a normal headlight...I'm on Day 8, BTW...hoping they don't get too bad...

Today was a low carb day and I got down to business with legs at the gym.

Did my customary 5 min elliptical warmup followed by Lower Back Foam Rollouts...

Hammer Strength V-Squat: 415 lbs x 5, 505 lbs x 5, 525 lbs x 5 x 4, 415 lbs x 12(could have done those all night it seemed like---had at least 10 more in me)
-Really jacked up my knee bad doing barbell squats about 6 months ago to the point my knee was pretty unstable and almost buckled a few times a day just from walking and the top center of my knee down to the middle of the knee hurt...from what I read and researched I probably did some type of damage to the patellar tendon and possibly some other stuff in there, and probably should have gotten it checked out but I never did, just stayed away from legs for a month then started back with leg extensions and some light leg presses. I know the V-Squat machine isn't a perfect substitute for barbel squats, but at my age I'd rather be able to lift versus being out for a few months or more...back when I was doing both and cross checking to figure out what comparable weight was, the V-Squat was roughly 2/3 of a barbell squat, so that 415 lbs would be the equivalent of about 280 lbs or so on a barbell squat and the 525 would be about 350 lbs...nothing too crazy yet, making sure I work my way back up to the heavier weights...

Superset Lying Hamstring Curls: 140 lbs x 5 x 5 x 5 x 5
Seated Hamstring Curls: 120 lbs x 12(someone stole the lying hamstring curl machine on my last set)

-This is kind of an embarrassing weight for me on the hamstring curls, as I used to be able to rack the machine before I tore my hamstring punting in a flag football league game back in September, and it took me almost 2 months before I could even do 100 lbs...still working my way back up, I could have easily went more weight as I was hammering those reps out, probably will test 165 next time...

Standing Shoulder Presses: 80 lbs x 8 x 8 x 8 x 8
-This was a big one for me...no shoulder issues, other than some minor tightness, no pain at all. Probably could have done more weight, but, again I am wanting to make sure I build up slowly to prevent any further problems or worsening...

Came home, ate some chicken, drank a protein shake, ate some broccoli, a small square of dark chocolate and took out my excessive "libido" on my wife, lmao!

Keep your dosage where its at for s4... its starting to bind to your receptor... only time will tell how much it binds... it should stay tolerable for you... DO NOT go to a 5 on and 2 off protocol UNTIL its absolutely necessary... if you ever have any questions, let me know bro

Really starting to notice the S4 vision issues today...the sun came out for the first time in about 2 weeks today, went outside and came back into a dark office and literally couldn't see anything...it kinda freaked me out a little...closed my eyes for a few seconds and reopened them and was OK, but that was pretty crazy...

Also noticed eyes almost hurt when there is a change like that from light to dark...

Yeah it can be weird walking inside from being outside when its bright. I feel like I'm high or something for a minute cause my vision is all fucked up. Doesn't last long though.

Missed logging a couple of workout days due to being busy...

Wednesday: usual warmup, 5 min elliptical, foam rolling lower back

Incline DB Press: 50lbs x 8 x 4 -bicep tendon was getting sore towards the end of this, easy weight, frustrating I can;t push anything harder than this right now

Bicep Curls: 40 lbs x 8, 45 lbs x 8 x 3

Tricep Ext(HS Machine): 140 x 8, 155 x 8, 170 x 8 x 8

Bench Step-up: 12 each leg

-the above were all done as a superset, no rest between exercises, one minute between circuits

Deadlifts: 315 x 6, 335 x 6 x 6 x 6
-easy weight, going up slowly to not put too much stress on low back...notice my butt getting nice and tight again from the deads...when I was doing them heavy about a year ago, it was literally like concrete...

Thursday---normal warmup

Squats: 415 x 6, 505 x 6 x 6 x 6, 415 x 10
-did not hydrate properly today, weight suffered a little bit
-back got pretty tight from doing these even with the rollouts

Lying Ham Curls: 145 x 6, 155 x 6
Seated Ham Curls: 135 x 6, 150 x 6, 135 x 10
-damn pansy stole my lying leg curl machine in the middle of my supersets...always get irritated when people who look like they are there to hang out interrupt my workout when they could literally pick anything else to do....grr

Barbell Shrugs: 225 x 10 x 5
Bench step Ups: 12 each leg

Back was much tighter than any of my other times, even after foam rolling before and after...might need to only squat/dead once per week instead of twice...

Ok, what happened last night was pretty freaky to me...

Woke up around 4am and opened my eyes and I could see partially. It was like someone took a black marker and colored over part of my eyeball where I could see around and in between it but the rest of the area was pitch black and couldn't see anything...I tried not to freak out and just closed my eyes and went back to sleep but that was some of the craziest shit I've ever had happen in my life...

Very nice squat numbers.

Well, to be fair its on the Hammer Squat V-Squat machine, which is roughly 2/3 of a normal barbell squat based on my experiences when I tested out both to compare the weight I was lifting from one to the other back when I was still barbell squatting. The most I've ever done on the HS V-Squat was 6 plates on each side and a 45 plate on top, which is 640 lbs(585 lbs + the carriage is 55 lbs), so in barbell squat terms, that is roughly 425 lbs give or take 25 pounds...I do them clean, all the way to the bottom until the base hits and then back up...none of this half ass shit see a lot of dudes doing in there...

I screwed up my knee really badly doing barbell squats about a year go and haven't done them since...probably needed to have surgery, knee was unstable for a few weeks and would almost buckle a few times a day just from walking...took about a month off from doing any sort of legs and then started back with just leg extensions...would really like to do barbell squats again as I know they are more effective that the HS Machine, but I am getting too old to risk blowing out a knee, not to mention that I am on my feet a lot of the day as a sales manager, so that wouldn't be good for my job...

Quads are up to 29", and my wife is always complaining about how my legs are too big and they are starting to look "gross", but leg day is my favorite day...love barely being able to walk after hitting heavy squats...and I like how my quads bulge out of my pant legs afterwards when I'm walking around the gym, lol!

Was planning on doing some HIIT tonight, tired as hell from only getting 3 hours of sleep, giving my body a rest and gonna hit it hard twice tomorrow..HIIT in the AM and lifting in the PM...
