I placed a small order on march 4th from rxprohub and it still hasnt came in. So I submitted a ticket on the website about 3 days ago and still no reply, also I Pmed a rep on here and still no reply. Beginning to think I got scammed.. Any ideas what is going on? and if it might take longer to come in. And what might be a reliable site to get nolva either research chem or not.
Any help would be appreciated!
As radar said, you haven't given them enough time. You didn't get scammed. Today is Tuesday. You submitted a ticket on Saturday (3 days ago)? And no response by Tuesday and you're calling scammer? Do you realize how unrealistic you are being given what you're doing?
Another thing is that this shit ain't coming from walgreens regional warehouse in your state. It's coming from the other side of the world!
I've also heard from several credible sources that all incoming international parcels are being delayed extra time. There's even something up about it now on usps website.
The procedure isn't to open a ticket on Saturday and make a thread calling scammer by Tuesday. The procedure is to actually develop a conversation with the company or its rep (you claim you PM'd the rep too, which was probably after you opened your ticket on Saturday. You have to give them time to respond. They will help you. They haven't scammed anyone, ever.
They process thousands of orders a month, so they are very busy. I know you and what seems like everyone else who is new at this expects their first order to travel across the world in 12 business days, but that isn't always the reality. It can happen, but usually, and now recently with new postal procedures in place it doesn't. It generally takes a little longer. 3-4 weeks, or 15-20 business days is pretty standard. This is addressed on their site. That may also be a reason you haven't heard from them yet.
You need to be more patient and understanding of the process of what you are doing. Follow proper protocol and understand that if someone doesn't get back to you in one day they aren't trying to scam you. Seriously, wtf? If you can't accept this then perhaps ordering your prescriptions at a significant discount from across the globe isn't for you.
Don't make another thread about this until you've been in contact with them. If you are having trouble getting in touch with them, feel free to PM me or needtogetaas. And I don't mean PM us 12 days after your order and one day after you submitted a ticket and sent a PM to a rep! I mean go read their site and follow their procedures, and if you can't get any response, then PM one of us.
