rxhealth concern

Has anybody ordered from them, received a partial shipment (one item shows up on it's own in a sealed package) with an invoice, then waited and waited but nothing else shows up? Their web site showing that your order has been fully shipped..

I pm'd needto, and used rxhealth's internal system to generate an 'urgent' ticket, but so far nothing from anyone in regards to what's next.

Anyone have this happen? What was the resolution?

Thanks for any info...Just been burned before and nervous..And I see they sponsor this thread so.....feel free to move it to somewhere it might get more responses if this isn't the place.

i ordered some stuff from RX got a partial shipment too, I emailed them they said they sent the last item and that was around 4 weeks ago so idk

I can only assume that disputing the charge for the portion that remains unshipped is the best solution, given the cc company isn't the cops, and provided rxhealth has no other solution.

So there's you and me, I wonder who else is out there? I'm a little confused as I was sure needto put out there that if a board member has a gripe with a sponsor to get him involved and he would use his powers of persuasion to get to the meat of the matter.

Speaking of which, being as they sponsor this section of the board, does anyone on here speak for them?

Yes,that happened to me.When I informed them they said they would reship the rest of the order-no questions asked.It did take awhile with their current shipping issues but they did take care of it

I am not trying to be an asshole or anything but why the hell do we continue to have "issues" with sponsors here. This has been ongoing with a couple of companies that advertise....it sucks.

Needto is a good guy and he will help you out.

Thanks for the input so far guys.. I appreciate it.. Totally agree too with the idea that a 'sponsor', to me, is sort of trusted by default. Since I haven't gotten word from either needto or rxhealth, I can't say that nobody is helping get this resolved. I know it's not needto's problem, but if I was rxhealth, and I took money from someone and they said they were short shipped- I'd be on it as soon as I heard there was an issue. I mean, if it worked the other way around and I shorted them their $, well- I bet my emailbox would not be so empty.

But if I were in your shoes I would be very displeased.

I agree with stryker. Once need2 gets wind of this, he will handle it in a jiffy. You can rest assured.

I was out for a few days taking a little time off. Sorry guys lol.. Every once in a wile I need to take some time off to so I do not get burnt out.
Anyway I will talk to them monday and make sure they are still taking care of people..

They had some problems but the bulk of people got a refund or a shipment. Just a few left.
Now omega and agx sports had a bit of a problem to but That has also been taken care of. AGX no longer has banners on elite and rxhealth is not taking orders until every single problem has been cleared up...

That is the only problems sponsors have had and they are getting taken care of. I think everyone is going to like what AGX will be doing next. They have taken steps to make sure they never have service problems again. Be looking out for what they did HA HA its going to be good.
