RXHEALTH.COM...Did this ever happen to you when ordering?...

I ordered for the 1st time from RXHEALTH.COM a week ago. I got a e-mail indicating my credit card got "declined". I go online and check my credit card but it was billed for my order. I completed a "ticket" advising them of the situation plus the fact my credit card was charged. I asked for them to look into it as I'm concerned that I will not get my order but my card has been charged. Maybe my order was processed?

Has anyone run into this situation of being advised you were "declined" but you credit card was charged? If so, did you receive your order?

I'm getting frustrated as I have not gotten a response to my "ticket" in one week.

Just a quick note in follow up to my post. Shortly after my initial post, I got a response from Felicia. My order got straightened out and it was received in a timely manner. Felicia was very helpful during the process. Thought the board should know in case you may be hesitant on ordering.
