to start, 1 gal. milk a day. lots of tuna and chicken. no different than the usual though.
also taking 20 mg. nolvadex ED. some may say this will hinder gains. but i should feel something strong from this, right?
i do get a good pump during workouts.

I don't know this for sure but is 1gal.= 3,785 liter
If it is so, I think a litle to much milk..... just my opinion, not sure....
 
Come on dude....that much milk and u wonder why u have stomach pain.....either u are mooing or shooting milk out of ya nipples....if u are doing the latter sign up for one of those fucked up X-rated films "knocked up and milky".....u can play a lead role!
 
shit bro....all that milk is what is causing the gas and cramping.....i get that every time i drink to much milk...just cut back a little:)
