I usually run 3 times a week, long and slow, for about an hour, sometimes longer if I feel really good....theres no way these days I would be able to do it for that long and keep my sanity with out music. I stopped carrying a watch...and put 60 minutes of music on my minidisc player and go out and run. When the music is over I am done. I usually run the same course at the same pace...I am not really intrested in getting faster so I tend to run at the same pace.
