Runnin Anavar with Sust Deca and Dbol - Help Pls.

I am gonna start running my 2nd cycle and this is the general idea.

Sust 250 Every Mon and Thurs Week 1-12 300mcg one jab.
Deca Once a Week Week 1-10 400mcg
Dbol Everyday Week 1-5 50mg

Okay first question, I was wondering if I could include Anavar into my cycle late, say maybe, week 8 to 12 so I cut off excess fat I've gained from bulking up. Would it be wiser to take Anavar by itself after my bulk cycle and PCT? Would that mean I would have to run another PCT for Anavar? Also I was thinking of bumping up my Sust to 400mcg a jab between weeks 4 to 8, would that be wise?

First, sust and deca are measured in mg, mcg (micrograms) is the unit for measuring T3, clenbuterol, and LSD.

It's not uncommon to use anavar or winny to finish a cycle. Not really so much for leaning out as it is for keeping your gains while the long esters work their way out of your body.

In your cycle, you would run anavar weeks 11-15. Then start PCT.
 
so is this 600mgs sust ew? if so, 1+ grams of AAS for your 2nd cycle!?
what was your first cycle? age, stats? please, thanks!

ONE oral AAS is enough in a cycle. Use the DBOL OR the ANAVAR but not both.
 
I would cut out that dbol and use anavar

My first cycle was sust 500mgs/wk, Dbol worked my way up 20mgs a week to 70mg a day, kept it there then tapered down. That was all, then PCT with HCG. Took nolva everyday too, but I bummed my sust to 700mg a week which is 350mg every monday and thursday.

23 this year,

Haven't been training that long have u? You won't need var to cut the excess fat from the cycle if you know how to diet to not get fat during cycle.what's your bf? What's your diet on cycle going to look like?
You would have grown fine of just 300mgs of sust for you're first cycle, I won't even touch 700 mgs of test and I'm 100 lbs heavier than you.
Only trying to make things easier and simpler for u!
 
Yeahh my upper body is more developed than my lower body, and I'm short so of course I'm going to be lighter. 145 pounds for a 167cm frame isn't very buff yes, that's why I'm starting this cycle lol. My heaviest weight was 158 pounds but I went through a period of neglect from the gym for a while and kinda building up now. Most of the trainers at my gym tell me 700mg of sust a week is fine but that maybe I should cut it down to 10 weeks? I want the anavar to cut the fat off because no matter what I will still gain fat while bulking right? My BMR rate is pretty low too at 1770+.

My diet will mostly consist of leaned minced beef, chicken breast, tuna, steak twice a week, carbs would be rice, potatoes, pasta, white bread, wholemeal bread, sweet potatoes, brown rice. Cheat meal twice a week. I have at least one large serving of vegetables a day and I eat at least two servings of fruit.
