Just because they are "messed up" doesn't mean they are not entitled to their Constitutional rights, such as the 2nd amendment to bear arms. Furthemore, the man in question was not paying federal taxes. Guess what? The US Constitution states that the federal governmetn shall make no provision or institution for the collection of federal income tax.....thus, the IRS is an illegal construct, as per the US CONSTITUTION, of which it overrides any federal government action or policy that dictates that federal income tax should be collected.

The US government has purposely violated the 2nd amendment in order to rid Americans of their 2nd amendment right to bear arms, as well as form militias. The federal government wants total and complete domination over the people. But since you are a Marine, god forbid an employee of the federal government would listen to reason---as well as actually read the very same US Constitution that he was sworn to uphold and protect.
P.S.---The federal government is scared shitless of US citizens being able to form a formidable militia, because then it would keep their asses' in check, such as keeping them from creating such nonsense as the Patriot Act, which is being used to destroy even more Constitutional rights under the disguise of fighting terrorism.

Organize with all those who agree with you and tell your Congressman that you will not vote for them unless they support an Amendement abolishing the IRS.
Unfortunately for you, not many people share your view of the IRS and it being an "abuse...to oppress people."

you should just understand that when you make statements that people should be allowed to carry any weapons they like, that that would only cause our country to become more unsafe than it already is.
just think if anyone in the US could purchase grenades, rpgs, high explosive weapons etc at their local walmart.

I don't think that people should be allowed to carry anything crazy, just M60's, M16 A2 rifles, hand grenades, some mortars, hollow-point bullets,artillery shells, etc. lol

Let me ask you a question.. do you know who the first person who was killed in that standoff was? Do you know what happened? Of course you don't, you saw a bullshit fucking movie.
Let me kick you some facts. The first person that was killed was a 14 year-old boy. The son of Randy Weaver. Let me tell you why he was killed. The FBI/US Marshall Service. sent snipers on the the land to stalk the Weavers. While they were out hunting, the dog spotted the agents. The dog began barking and as Sammy (the 14 year old) turned to look at the dog and what he was barking at.. the fucking agent shot the boys dog.. so the 14 year old Sammy fired a shot in the direction of the sniper and turned around and began running home. With his back to these brave agents.. they shot a 14 year old boy in the back.. while he was running away!!!
There is alot more to this story.. I do not have the time to write it all out here, but I will tell you this too, the FBI dragged that dog back up in front of the house and then ran it over again and again with their trucks... just to torture Weaver and his family.
So do not give me your bullshit story about how these people were crazy. There were no RPG's or fully auto weapons. I had 3 close friends arrested trying to bring these people food. (it is all in Weavers book) I know the real story on this one. All of you people that belive the lies they are telling you on your favorite TV channel or show need to compare stories to those from non-payed witnesses. Same with Waco, in both cases the media was kept at least 3 miles away and all reports were given by the government. So right there should tell you somthing.. if the news is allowed to go into a warzone and report in Iraq, Vietnam, Somalia and Kuwait... why would it be forbidden to see or hear what was going on at these two standoffs?

Yes Vicky Weaver's face was completley shot off by a US Marshall's sniper rifle while she was holding an infant in her arms. The bone fragments from her jaw hit and injured Kevin Harris. This was more of what I said I did not want to get into because of time. But I am glad that someone else knows what really happened. What pisses me off the most is not the people who do not believe.. because they were raised to believe the TV so it is not their fault... but what pisses me off are the folks that do know about actions such as these, but forget about them months after they happen. In other words, these guys really wanted him bad. To set up a crack team and go up into a remote northern part of Idaho and stormtroop some skinny old man and his family.... cause the did not want to be a part of the NWO???
