Honestly...not to disrespect the Constitution or anything...but the second amendmant is a fucking outdated piece of bullshit that people use to their advantage. The right to form militias?!?!?! This was written back in the day, when there would actually be a reason to form militias and carry firearms. Not for people in 2003 to carry full auto rifles, sawed of shot guns, explosives and murder 12 people.

It pisses me off when people bring up the 2nd amendmant.

OK.. now I have seen.. read or heard it all!!!!

Please tell me who killed these 12 people?

Let me ask you a question.. do you know who the first person who was killed in that standoff was? Do you know what happened? Of course you don't, you saw a bullshit fucking movie.

Let me kick you some facts. The first person that was killed was a 14 year-old boy. The son of Randy Weaver. Let me tell you why he was killed. The FBI/US Marshall Service. sent snipers on the the land to stalk the Weavers. While they were out hunting, the dog spotted the agents. The dog began barking and as Sammy (the 14 year old) turned to look at the dog and what he was barking at.. the fucking agent shot the boys dog.. so the 14 year old Sammy fired a shot in the direction of the sniper and turned around and began running home. With his back to these brave agents.. they shot a 14 year old boy in the back.. while he was running away!!!

There is alot more to this story.. I do not have the time to write it all out here, but I will tell you this too, the FBI dragged that dog back up in front of the house and then ran it over again and again with their trucks... just to torture Weaver and his family.

So do not give me your bullshit story about how these people were crazy. There were no RPG's or fully auto weapons. I had 3 close friends arrested trying to bring these people food. (it is all in Weavers book) I know the real story on this one. All of you people that belive the lies they are telling you on your favorite TV channel or show need to compare stories to those from non-payed witnesses. Same with Waco, in both cases the media was kept at least 3 miles away and all reports were given by the government. So right there should tell you somthing.. if the news is allowed to go into a warzone and report in Iraq, Vietnam, Somalia and Kuwait... why would it be forbidden to see or hear what was going on at these two standoffs?

Yes Vicky Weaver's face was completley shot off by a US Marshall's sniper rifle while she was holding an infant in her arms. The bone fragments from her jaw hit and injured Kevin Harris. This was more of what I said I did not want to get into because of time. But I am glad that someone else knows what really happened. What pisses me off the most is not the people who do not believe.. because they were raised to believe the TV so it is not their fault... but what pisses me off are the folks that do know about actions such as these, but forget about them months after they happen. This should have called for a complete govermental overhaul or a coup de tea`(spelling)

The constitution is outdated. Let's rewrite them with a clean slate.

all though it is outdated but there is a ton that still should be there like the rights to a speedy trial which never happens.

Can you please post up some articles on.. or proof of these murders.. and violent anti-gay rallies that you keep bringing up? How about 3 or so? (I bet you cannot do it!!)

Do you know who commits the most hate crimes in the US? (Hint: it is not the so called "Aryans")

I have no problem with an Aryan group or anti-gay group stockpilling full autos as long as none of them as been convicted for a violent crime or something related with firearms.

The ATF entrapped Weaver for having an illegal shotgun. Weaver doesn't show up to court, consequently, he goes under the surveilance of 400+ federal agents. The agents kill the dog, Sammy gets shot, Weaver's friend kills the Marshall in retaliation, then Vicki is killed. I think that's how it went.

Also, was the federal government even allowed to tresspass on Weaver's land?

Personally, I think the federal government just fucked up big time. This was yet another great debacle in government conduct. There was taunting by the agents too, very unprofessional. I think they said something like "what did you have for breakfast, Mrs Weaver?" after she was dead. Disgusting.


There are great people in the federal government, but the incompetent ones should not have a place working there, because something is wrong if innocent people are killed.
