Epistane's sweet spot on dosing is around 40-50mg. That's the best compound I've ran (Epi-strong), and its definitely best at 6 weeks. Joint support is a must too since EPI will dry your joints out a lot

Which is why when I sold it as epi-strong I sold it at 15mg caps 3 a day for 4 weeks. 45mg a day total because I like doing things right as always!!!!!! Look out for a flash run of this product soon too.
