i just started to add legs to my routine. anyways due to my busy schedule of work and school, i dont always have the time to get to the gym. right now my routine is looking like this.
day 1 chest back abs
day 2 cardio
day 3 biceps forearms
day 4 cardio
day 5 triceps shoulders
day 6 off
day 7 legs
day 8 off
is this cool or am i giving my muscles to much time to recover?
