I wanted some advice from all of you on how I should approach my routines each week. I have only been lifting for 7 months now and can go to the gym 3 days a week. I am commited and have not missed a workout in 7 months. I work out on Mon, Tues, and Thurs because its the only days I can. When I started I worked all muscles and groups each time I went to the gym and saw results to have kept at that routine. Now it seems my gains are coming slower. My questions is, should I keep my routine this way or am I over training. Should I work certain muscles on specific days. For example, Mon - chest, tri's, shoulders, abs, Tues - Legs, abs, Thurs - Bi's, back, lats. Which is better? Any advice would be welcome. Thanks
