Routine info needed

I wanted some advice from all of you on how I should approach my routines each week. I have only been lifting for 7 months now and can go to the gym 3 days a week. I am commited and have not missed a workout in 7 months. I work out on Mon, Tues, and Thurs because its the only days I can. When I started I worked all muscles and groups each time I went to the gym and saw results to have kept at that routine. Now it seems my gains are coming slower. My questions is, should I keep my routine this way or am I over training. Should I work certain muscles on specific days. For example, Mon - chest, tri's, shoulders, abs, Tues - Legs, abs, Thurs - Bi's, back, lats. Which is better? Any advice would be welcome. Thanks
 
In addition to your training, think about your nutrition (and possibly the need for changing it.)

What you eat = ~ 70% success
How you train = ~ 30% success

These are of course just my percentage opinions, but truth be told its pretty darn close.

good point. proper eating, sleeping enough, avoiding damaging behavior (drinking, drugs, etc) and training dedication will get you where you want to go.
