another tip is to use surgical rubber bands ( they are color coded for strength) instead of dumbells or pulleys for any raises or laterals. Rotator cuff injuries suck! good luck in your rehab

I'm in London, Ontario. I'm not sure what is good over there but the university has a physio school so call them and ask for the name of a good sports medicine clinic.
Seems as though everyone lifting hard gets this at one time or another. The Bench press is abig culprit. We've got to consider the muscles that aren't "showy" too. Cuz if they're weak we get hurt and then can't build the "pretty" ones!!
