How exactly are these performed? If I remember correctly you lay on your side with your arm bent at an L and to twist with a light ass weight. Im not 100% on this so does anyone have any vids or anything? lol My shoulder is doing some popping and i imagine if i attempt to strengthen my rotator cuff then this will become a nonissue, is this correct?
 
I was a pitcher in the minors, and rotator cuff excercises are crucial for your fundamental strength especially as a pitcher that 'destroys' your shoulder on a weekly basis. Get some 5 lbers and a rubber cord.

search pitching rotator cuff excercises or something and you wil find a world of info on it.
