Rotating Carb Intake... Opinions?

What do you guys think about this?

Maybe something like this.

Days 1-2: 125-150g
Days 3-4: 175-200g
Days 5-6: 225g-250g
Days 7-8: 275g-300g

Or something along those lines. Just rotating up and down etc. throughout the week. Supposedly this can be good for holding onto muscle etc. :cool::cool:

Well that means your calories are gonna sky rocket on the later days. It also means your gonna have to cut down your fat and protein.

Its not rocket science, cutting carbs to 100 grams a day, with gallons of water does the job as is.
