What do you guys think about this?
Maybe something like this.
Days 1-2: 125-150g
Days 3-4: 175-200g
Days 5-6: 225g-250g
Days 7-8: 275g-300g
Or something along those lines. Just rotating up and down etc. throughout the week. Supposedly this can be good for holding onto muscle etc.
