How many of each do you eat now?
I could tell you 4000 cal and 300 grams of protein, but you could be doing that now and not gaining any weight.

DBol is not going to be a magic pill. If you don't know how to put on weight without them, you're not going to very good with them, both during and after your cycle. If you're only eating enough to maintain 145 lbs, and you get lucky enough to gain 25, you have to be able to eat for 170 lbs. If you don't, you'll be back to 145lbs in no time.

Again, what's a typical days eating schedule look like?

I just started working out 5 days a week, the problem is that I lose motivaion because I never see results. If i did put on weight because of the dbol I know I would be extremeley motivated to keep it. Its hard to say how much I eat but if I got on a cycle I would eat like a maniac and drink alot of nitrotech. I normally eat 3 meals a day and snacks, dinner consisting of steak, rice, beans, veggies. I dont count calories or grams of protein but maybe I should. All I know is that I try to eat till I cant anymore, I get literally natious. I need some advice for pct. Thanks for all you guys help.
 
Remember, Im not a body builder....yet! I might get hooked but I just want a jump start to a new me. My goals are filling out and if I have something like dbol to help me out, I will be more motivated to get in the gym, eat, and drink my protein. It will get me in a good rythm. What do you guys think of 20-25 mg of dbol a day for 6 weeks. Should i mix in a little test?? I need advice for pct. THANKS
 
First of all, you need to eat more than 3 times a day. Space it out so that you are getting 5-6 small meals...whether it be whole food or a protein shake. Start counting calories and protein amounts because you will want to have a general idea of what you are taking in. Steroids are not the answer if you believe they will be the foundation of your training, or if you think they will provide the motivation necessary to make gains. If your training is intense and your diet is on par, you WILL gain muscle. Once you have achieved that much, then and only then should you even consider touching AAS.
 
If you are looking to get motivated, I would go with 500mg test per week for 12 weeks. I would take 30 mg of dbol ,10 mg 3 times a day for 4 weeks.Are you afraid of needles or just want to try the dbol? You will definately see good gains with your first cycle, assuming you eat right and work out like crazy. I would eat 3500 calories and make sure I took in (at your body weight) at least 220 grams of protein. I would DEFINATELY take a hard look at my diet if I were you. Just like what was mentioned earlier, If you are just maintaining your weight, you are eating just enough to maintain that. If you gain say 25 lbs and assume 15 lbm you must eat more to feed that extra 15 lbs. If you dont do that it will fade on you. As far as PCT read the sticky up top. If you dont do PCT , you will definately lose your gains with a quickness. Personally I wouldnt do just a dbol cycle. Sounds like you are a hard gainer anyway and although some bros on here say they do have good gains with dbol only, Imo, you would be much more motivated after a test and dbol cycle. Good luck. If you dont know, please have some nolva and arimidex handy if some gyno symptoms appear. It is peace of mind to have it in hand than to get symptoms and start tripping trying to find some in a minutes notice. :)
 
sorry if this sounds harsh, but i think you are wasting your time and money if you do a cycle, no matter what it is.

here is why:

you eat three times a day, you have no motivation to lift, you think drugs will solve your problems, you are 5'11" and only 145.....

point is, you are looking in all the wrong places.

first, you need to address your diet. 6 meals a day, plenty of protein and low GI complex carbs, and good healthy fats. 1 serving of nitrotech is not gonna do it. use several servings of powder a day, (any decent whey will do) to help meet protein requirements, but eat as much whole food as possible. you should have a better idea of how many calories and amounts of each macronutrient you are taking in.

second, address your training. how often do you train? for how long eat time? what does your split look like? how many exercises/sets per body part? how CONSISTENT is your training? these are all things you should post up on the training board so some people can help you with a program. you could be training body parts to much or not enough. you may be focusing on isolation exercises when you should be hitting heavy compound movements.

there are many other factors that could be making it hard for you to gain mass. MAYBE, your training is good, but your diet definitely needs some work. you may be a true hard gainer, but you should have consistent diet and training long before any AAS.

would you gain on dbol?....YES. how much?...who knows. but i think it is irrelevant, b/c i don't see you keeping the gains. at 145, you have a lot of room to grow. you can make gains without juice, but you can't expect it to happen as fast. it takes time and consistency, but it'll pay off.

you're biggest problem is lack of motivation. and no one but you can fix that. even if seeing results on a drug gives you motivation, what happens when you come off? you say you'll want to work hard to keep the gains, but what happens if you start losing them, regardless of how hard you are trying? another cycle? then more? if you can't fix whatever problems are keeping you from gaining naturally, then you're just gonna be spending money and potentially fucking yourself up doing cycle after cycle, because you can't keep on the mass without it.

i'm not trying to bust your balls. i was once asking the same kind of questions. but i had a few people slap me with some posts like this, and i decided to read up a bit. 3 years later i'm still natural, and still making gains. yeah its slow at times, and sometimes it gets frustrating, but that's the game.

Young Guns that wasn't harsh at all bro, that was spot on! (You should have been more harsh though lol).

Bro you need to learn how to train and eat properly FIRST! You haven't even mastered the basics it seems. Until you can master your training and diet naturally first, it is absolutely worthless doing a cycle. You are trying to use drugs to compensate for your lack of motivation and that is definitely the wrong reason.

You need to EAT MORE (eat every ~3 hours..... high protein in EACH meal), get your training in check (there is such a thing called overtraining which will hinder your growth...... focus on basic COMPOUND movements), and REST adequately (you GROW outside of the gym, not while you are training)!!

Sheesh stay away from drugs!!

The bro's are right, If you don't know how to eat- nothing will keep those gains you get on gear,you havn't even't been working out long enough to build a good foundation.
If you can't eat alot more go to NutritionExpress.com Grab a high calorie Protein shake and add it 3 time a day injunction to your meals.
I have trained 20 yr olds who grew like a weed in a matter of weeks because their diet was tuned in!
