It cuts both ways I think, since you have thin bones you wont be a mass monster like some people, but then again you will have better aesthetics than the guys who get really massive easily.

Don't know, I'm not exactally tiny for a guy with less than 4 years of training experience who thinks 50 mg prop/50 mg tren ed is the ultimate bulking stack. Anywho, strengths comes pretty natural for me, I bench over 400 and squat over 500 for reps. If I ever used a gram or two of test (a gram is more than I care to user personally) with some hgh, insulin and the other drugs necissary to do it right I think I could put on another 40 or 50 of lbm over the next few years. Still, obviously I don't have the frame to carry the kind of size Coleman or Cutler have. That's a given.

Wow if you only knew, I am sure you would look JUST like him too.

He was really born an asian guy that maxed out at a whopping 143 lbs soaking wet, but man, now that he cycles, he is RIPPED AND HUH-YOOOJ.
 
Riker, very true. Sure he uses massive doses of gear, but clearly his genetics are better than anyone on this thread, plus his work ethic in the gym is suppost to be beyond belief. Not to mention that in an interview Chan Nicoles said Ronnie doesn't ever ask for cheat days in his diet when getting ready for a contest. Think about that. The guy doesn't take cheat days for months while getting ready to compete.
 
I think strength comes naturally to me too, but recovery comes very unnaterullly to me. Very fast I get into overtraining.....Or maybe I am just not comparing myself right to the other guys, they train less, that is probably why they never get into overtraining.

BodyByFinaplix: What do you wieght? Just curious. From your picture I would guess about 200-210 pounds? 400 pound in bench sounds teriffic! Is that around 180 kilos?

Is it this topic that seems to be so polpular or do all topics get that many responses that fast here?
 
I'm was 200 even in the pics I have up. I'm 214 this morning. Well, by over 400 for reps I ment my max would be quite a bit more (I never go under 3 reps though). Recovery seems to come pretty fast for me, you can condition your body to recover faster. Strength is definately genetic. I've got a cousin who I've seen bench 585 for a double, and squat over 700, but then again he is pretty damb big. His brother has benched 425, and has never touched a steroid in his life. He doesn't even use suppliments. His explination "I just eat alot of steak and eggs."

How do you condition your body to recover faster? I think my body gets used to recovering faster by training regularly. Like the first weeks in a new season, it is pretty bad, but then the body gets more used to it. Is there any other way? (and of course aerobic workouts, I suppose, at least the boost the recovery between sets)
 
That is the best way. Train more frequintly and it will adapt. I think cardio does help with condition your body to recover faster between sets too. Diet also plays a role and obviously drugs do as well.
 
Not that anyone knows forsure...but I'd like to take a guess.

1) 4 grams test per week(if you think Im out to lunch with this number , then you just don't know shit about Ifbb competitors)

2) 10-50Iu HGH

3) Gobs of insulin( I would really have know clue what the pros use for Slin dosages)

4) Dbol - 150-300 mg/day

or

Anadrol - 150-300mg daliy
