ronny colemans cycle....

Anyway, our estimates could be way off. I know a guy who did pretty well as a heavyweight in the NPC until a couple years ago who has met alot of pro's and he knew guys who weren't even making the top 10 at the olypia who were using as much as a gram of test every day, and 80 iu's of inslin in one shot. There are guys using up to 500 mg of d-bol a day too. So who really knows?

Call Chad - for the right money,he will design one for you too. But don't expect to look like Ronnie and don't expect it to be unique and don't expect expect the test to be 3 0 4 grams per week.

Where pros stand out from the rest is there genetics and the ability to perfect their bodies the last week or so before a show.

You use the term genetics a lot, I was wondering, what exactly is meant by it? Well, obviously proportions, but the natural hormone levels are so low compared to what people get with steroids, so would it really matter what natural level were in the beginning? Or is it not the natural hormone levels that are meant here? What else effects how we build muscle?

People who have higher natural levels have more androgen receptors to work with when they start their first cycle. Its not just that though. The number of androgen receptors. Androgen sensitivity, muscle fiber compisition, sensitivity to various other hormnones, metabolism, bone structure, muscle shape, etc etc. These are all factors and are influenced by genetics. They make a huge difference in how your training, diet, and drug use will alter your body, and ultimately how you will look.

Perfect example of how bone structure and muscle shape affect how you look. Compare my avatar to nautica's on this thread. Obviously he is larger and has been training longer and juicing longer than I have. I've only been working out 3 1/2 years. However if you look at our structures, our bone structures are different and our muscles are shaped differently. I'll never be shaped like him when I'm larger, and if he lost some size, he would not be shaped as I am.

I haven't trieds steroids, but all the other stuff influences me more than other people (creatine, caffeine, gin-seng, yohime etc.), woudl this say that I have good genetics. I have really good metabolism, but thin bones though :(

I have thin bones too. Look at my wrists and elbows in my avatar.

BodyByFinaplix it is a bit hard to tell from the avatar if your bone are thin:) Are you trying to say that you gave good genetics?

I think I do, but hey what do I know. Anyway, I have no asperations of turning pro. While I enjoy the bodybuilding lifestyle, and will probably do this the rest of my life, however I'll never know if my genetics are good enough to earn a pro card because I have no desire to do so.
