I was watching his training video and every minute he does this head shake or twitch. What the hell is that? is he shaking off sweat or is he really that messed up in the head?

That is very strange, but I think it is to get the sweat off. Guess his arms are so big he can't reach his face.

This guy @ my gym juices like, the whole year round for years now (he definetely has not been on EF to learn properly). He often twitches his head and eyes. Its scary shit!

i knew a guy who used to twitch and rub his chin on his right shoulder real quick...but that was from acid usage..

lol

That's the great thing about being Ronnie Coleman and being 320 pounds, you can do strange shit and no one will ever call you on it.

If you watch Jay Cutlers - Ripped to shreds he does the same...

I have the all of the Jay video's. I have never noticed him shaking his head like an idiot, such as Coleman. If he did it in Ripped to Shreds it may have been just a few times. But Coleman does that shit after every set. Cutler carried a towel around with him in his videos.

I do the same thing.. it's more of a headshake to keep the blood up there so you don't pass out.. dont forget, he puts EVERYTHING he has into EVERY lift.. the blood tends to shy away from the brain when you're pushing that hard.. its like when you get clocked on the head and you shake your head to get the blood flowing back.. at least that's what i thought he was doing

Yep, no different than getting up and shaking your amrs after a set, gotta keep the blood moving. You have to remember that most on here are posers and have no idea what training hard is really like

:) .. yeah, and it's def not for the sweat, he always has a small towel for that.

though i dont know how many posers there are here.. but not everyone works out with the same intensity. diff'rent strokes, i guess.

Your heart gets blood moving, not shaking you limbs - or your head. I have never seen it, but I would go with the sweat in the eye scenerio - or he has a neurological disorder.

Ive fried over 30 times in my life.(not proud of it) I dont think its from his LSD usage. I dont have any twitches and def dont rub my chin with my shoulder. LOL, Guy prolly has turrets syndrome.

If you have a massive pump in your arms do you shake them after a set when they are going numb'ish? I do. That's what I'm referring too. I have a degree in exercise science and hold the CSCS, I am aware that the heart is part of the circulatory system.

Im guessing neurological...because he isnt shaking his head just during lifting, he's doing it while he's eating and cooking also...well actually he's doing it all the time
