Ok, not to whine
but after my 6x roll fest with my car this Sunday my back is still pissed off. I worked out today but it was HELL, fucking hell. Everytime I would bend over to pick up a plate I thought I was going to die. I had to do my shoulder presses with the cable machine instead of dumbbells because I couldn't handle the pick-up motion (bend over, swing heavy db's..etc).
It looks like it's my right side internal/external rotators.. Anybody else go through this? Would a back belt allow me to get back into full swing with cranking iron?
