roids and depression

Hey bro's

I think it's a well known fact that the majority of guys on gear ooze confidence and gain a very intense sense of well-being... but does anyone also find they feel depressed a few months after completing a cycle? - I mean after natural test levels should have returned to normal?

The obvious explanation is that, in actual fact, test levels are still low, but I don't think this is always the case. It may be psychological but is there anything else you're aware of that can cause this?

I'm generally a happy chappy but this same low feeling gets me every time - I've heard some people mention it could be the clomid - opinions please :bawling:.

depression

yes, I think most have experienced that. I think clomid even adds to the depression, when coming right off. When I first started juicing, the depression was crippling, no joke. I lost jobs, cause I didn't want to get out of bed. That's because when I started I didn't know what I was doing, and didn't know what to expect. I think once you realize and can expect the depression it's not so bad, cause you know it's all in your head and just a side effect. Still hard though. Not sure if there is anything else you can really do about it. I would like to hear any suggestions! Good luck bro - josh

clomid definately makes me feel depressed, makes me get upset a lot easier. I just remember that it is the clomid that is causing it and I seem not to worry about it as much

the depression is real......do not think otherwise.....hormonal imbalances are taking place that you have affected.....it is your responsibility to make them better.....no one else's ......for me it was as simple as forcing myself out of bed a half hour earlier in the morning and taking a hot shower......changed my whole perspective on life

Thanks to all who posted replies, it's kinda supportive to hear that I'm not the only one who suffers this side effect ;)

The hardest part of post cycle is 2-3 months after my cycle, when I've completely stopped making the quick gains.

I get really lethargic when I start clomid and share the feeling of depression. During this time I usaully pair up with a training or switch to a real gym (I split my workouts between this "soft" club and a gym) to help me regain motivation.
